Temporary Agency Cover - SpLD Tutor and AssessorWe are currently seeking a Temporary Agency cover for the position of SpLD Tutor and Assessor. This role is based in Bromley and offers a contract for 37 hours per week, running until 31st March 2025.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other related conditions.
  • Carry out diagnostic assessments and provide recommendations for access arrangements.
  • Deliver tailored support to students to improve their academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.
  • Work closely with academic teams to ensure students receive the appropriate support.
Requirements:
  • Level 7 SpLD qualification (e.g. Postgraduate Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties).
  • An up-to-date DBS check is essential.
  • Experience in working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties, including assessment and tutoring.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
