Accounts Assistant
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a consultancy business based in Bromley, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing team. The company are going through a period of growth and offer a great exposure to wider accounts experience.
Duties:
- Assist with creating and sending out high volume of invoices to clients, including any billable expenses.
- Sole responsibility for the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers paid in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing consultant and staff expenses, including the daily upload of expense claims from Concur to MS Dynamics and setting up twice-a-week expenses payment runs
- Monitor the finance inbox, identifying invoices for processing and responding to any supplier, client or consultant queries.
- Ensure additional tasks for month-end are completed on time, including reconciliations of multi-currency bank accounts, releasing costs from the balance sheet to the P&L, writing off any FX differences from the balance sheet.
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Desirable:
- Active studier of AAT or ACCA
- Able to work in the office 5 days a week
- Someone with good accounts payable experience with month end exposure
Salary + additional information:
- £32,000 - £35,000
- 5 days a week in the office
