Bromley Council are recruiting for a Group manager.This will be in the Referral & Assessment team paying £50 per hour.MAIN PURPOSE: The Group Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient provision, delivery, development and performance of services provided by the Referral and Assessment Team, in line with legislation, regulations, guidance and standards and internal policies and procedures.To support the Head of Service with their line of sight of safeguarding and child in need matters ensuring there is consistency applied across the Referral and Assessment Service The Group Manager will be committed to the Department’s purpose and value statement, and will demonstrate this commitment in the way responsibilities are carried out. To be a member of the Safeguarding and Social Care Division’s Management Team.To be responsible for specifically ensuring that there is a consistent focus upon the delivery and development of practice to ensure that children and their families receive good or better services.
