We are working on behalf of a leading educational institution in Kent, renowned for its wide range of academic and vocational programs across multiple campuses in Southeast London. This institution is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and training to a diverse student population, including school leavers and adult learners. With courses in business, health and social care, engineering, creative arts, and more, they offer both full-time and part-time study options.

Responsibilities for the role of Resource Administrator:

  • To complete and support the administration and processing of all college examinations and papers
  • Coordinate, and support the scheduling, resourcing and administration of the onsite assessment centres
  • Coordinate and support the resourcing of additional support and access arrangements for all college examinations
  • Communicate examination notifications to students and dispatch certificates
  • Data collation and data entry
  • Cover for colleagues when necessary

Requirements for the role of Resource Administrator

  • Experience working with students in an educational setting is a must
  • Will have strong administrative skills
  • Will be comfortable using IT/MS Office products
  • Can work in a respectful and confidential professional manner
  • Working knowledge of safeguarding for students and young adults
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A background in providing a good customer service experience is essential to this role
  • Empathy is a base requirement for this role
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS in place preferably on the update service
