The Role
As School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school’s daily operations. This is a highly varied role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders to support the school’s objectives and maintain high standards of administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school’s administrative systems, including student records, attendance, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Handle parent and student inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office environment.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.
  • Maintain and update the school’s databases and management systems.
  • Support financial and HR functions, including processing invoices, payroll, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and school policies.

About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with school management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
