Our client, a leading investment banking organisation, is seeking a Trade Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Contract length of 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the investment banking industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Scan traditional trade documents and guarantees/standby letters of credit (SBLC) documentation.
- Respond to basic client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with monthly reporting to internal and external clients.
- Handle general post and maintain daily trade logs.
- Purge outdated documents and maintain organised records.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Fluent in English & Italian
- Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment.
- Previous experience in a banking environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of trade finance products is desirable.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
