My client is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their dynamic PMO team. This is an exciting role with fantastic growth potential, offering you the chance to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience working with projects in the Financial sector.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support the delivery of key strategic transformation projects within a leading financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the PMO Team Leader, you'll be involved in a variety of projects that span business change and IT transformation. Your role will evolve as you develop and grow, with the opportunity to move from PMO to full Project Management responsibilities.

As a PMO Analyst, you will:* Support the PMO Team in tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring governance processes are followed.* Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations.* Liaise with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring clear communication and providing critical data to help drive decision-making.* Support financial management of projects, ensuring budgets are monitored and reports are accurate.* Get involved in project governance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

About You

My client is looking for someone who is eager to develop their career in project management, is highly organised, and has an exceptional attention to detail. If you have:

* 5 months of PMO experience or a similar role (perhaps from your time at university or in an internship).* Strong written and verbal communication skills-you'll need to impress with clear and concise updates* An interest in business change and IT transformation.* A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, ready to work as part of a collaborative team.* Ideally, experience within Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance (though not essential).
