About the Role:As the Building Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our building while providing excellent service to our tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, allowing you to showcase your skills and contribute to a well-maintained environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Opening the building each morning and ensuring it is ready for the day
  • Conducting thorough daily checks of the building, addressing any issues such as security concerns or maintenance needs promptly
  • Engaging with tenants daily to ensure their satisfaction and swiftly managing any reported issues
  • Delivering morning post and ensuring smooth communication within the building
  • Monitoring and coordinating with external contractors, from cleaners to maintenance services, to uphold building standards
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire alarm testing
  • Keeping an eye on energy consumption and assisting with metre readings
  • Managing keys, security cards, and their distribution to tenants
  • Suggesting improvements and efficiencies for the building to enhance tenant experience
  • Being available outside of working hours to handle emergencies and attend on-site as necessary
