Customer Service Team Leader / Full time / Permanent / £28,000 - £30,000My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Team Leader in this role you will be responsible for supporting and developing a small team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in a similar role.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Make sure teams are maintaining quality in their work and provide feedback
  • Maintain team training and ensure this is updated regularly
  • Create training development plans
  • Respond and action customer complaints
  • Ensure procedures are followed and remain compliant
  • Complete all required administrative tasks
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a team leader ideally within financial services
  • Previous experience in planning and monitoring team performance
  • Be motivated and driven with the ability to coach a team
  • Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Very organised and able to work to deadlines
