The Graduate Building Surveyor offered the role will be an integral part of this interdisciplinary team, working on a range of exciting projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior surveyors with site inspections and surveys
- Support with the preparation of reports and technical documents
- Assist in managing building projects from inception to completion
- Conduct research and provide advice on building regulations and compliance
- Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements to be considered for this Graduate Building surveyor role:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (RICS-accredited preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen interest in the property, building services and construction sectors
- Full clean UK driving license
- Full right to work in the UK
- Live in or near to Bromley
