Qualifications
Full corprate membership of RICS,CABE OR CIOB
Achive by assesment LABC Level 6 Competency
Requirements
Full Driving licence
Ablilty to carry out site vistis
Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide technical and othe advice
We are looking for an individual as has an substantial experience in Bulding Control, you will be responsible for fo rthe management off the full scope of developments whithin a geographical area of the borough, including plan checking, site inspections and the enforcement of building regulation.
You are expected to responsibly deal with dangerous structures and damolitions and instigating emergency action as appropriate to secure the safety of the public.
