• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm (No Weekends)

• Salary: Circa £45k Basic Salary + Bonus (£58k OTE)

• You must be mechanically trained originally with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/ management role

Your Role:

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficiency, top-tier service, and a safe, well-organised environment. 

• Supervise Operations – Ensure seamless workflow, quality repairs, and excellent customer service.

• Collaborate Effectively – Work alongside the service reception team to manage job priorities.

• Maintain High Standards – Deliver repairs that meet the brand’s rigorous requirements.

• Inspire Your Team – Lead, motivate, and engage technicians for peak performance.

• Optimize Processes – Implement strategies to boost efficiency and align with business goals.

• Manage Documentation – Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
