Roofing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Manager(NVQ Level 2 preferred but not essential) to join our team. Duties consists of:

Reactive & Planned works.

• Manage roofing projects (planned and reactive), ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and efficient resource allocation.
• Supervise roofing teams, subcontractors, and site personnel, monitoring work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery to prevent delays.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with material standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations, conducting risk assessments and ensuring PPE use.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage project budgets and costs, validate invoices, and assist with bids, tenders, and contract preparation.
• Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address defects or failures efficiently.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, ensuring project efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor roofing teams, conduct training, and foster a motivated work environment for productivity.
