Team leader
Location: Bromley BR2 7AG
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role
As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
The organisation is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence.
Their caring and friendly staff, encourage people we support to participate in various activities that challenges them to reach their full potential. Activities that include arts & crafts, sport, fitness and wellbeing, and gardening and horticulture
