Your new companyOur Client is looking to add to their Credit control team!Your new role

  • Manage various debts
  • Progress debts promptly through recovery cycles
  • Handle debtor and third-party correspondence via post, email, and phone.
  • Make proactive calls for debt recovery, process payments, and set up Direct Debits
  • Trace missing debtors using tracing agencies and systems
  • Refer cases to Debt Collectors, review their returns, and complete County Court Claims
  • Recommend and prepare write-offs
  • Record recovery actions in IT systems
  • Ensure compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment
  • Experience in debt recovery and credit control
  • Strong telephony skills
  • Team player, willing to assist others when needed
  • Self-motivated, able to meet targets
  • Confident and professional in self-management
  • Produces high-quality, accurate documentation
