Description

  • Manage and oversee the company's credit control processes
  • Ensure company's financial policies are upheld at all times
  • Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to set credit limits
  • Help provide next steps to any legal disputes over payments
  • Participate in setting and implementing financial goals for the company
  • Identify and address discrepancies in financial documents and reports
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and the internal team

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (CICM)
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and policies
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
