An established company is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves working as part of a larger team, taking incoming calls regarding repairs and maintenance and diarising appointments for Engineers.
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
- Hours: 35 hours
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for a range of queries regarding maintenance, repairs and services
- Effectively managing prioritisations
- Managing diaries on behalf of the Engineers and booking in jobs
- Using the in-house CRM system to keep all users up to date
- Liaising with Engineers to discuss current or future bookings, dealing with their questions or queries regarding site access, descriptions and permit requirements
- Producing quotations
- Ordering parts and tracking for installations
- Following up on reports of outstanding quotations in a timely manner
- Completing RAMS and permits
- Taking payments as required
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
