Customer Service Assistant
Hybrid Working - Office & Home Based
27k OTE. 24k Salary. Employed role.
Full time + 1 Saturday / month
Job Purpose / Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with the live customer service pipeline.
- Monitoring all incoming projects, updating projects where necessary and closing down completed projects.
- Reviewing the installation diaries for any incoming service requests.
- Organising the diaries of the service technicians whilst prioritising work appropriately.
- Working with the field engineers to optimise our customer service delivered to the customer.
- Looking to improve our service where possible aiding delivering our mission to be the UK’s most loved service, we want our customers to feel this whenever we interact with them.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Planning and organising
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a well-ordered and methodical manner
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- IT literate across common Microsoft / Google systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Presentable with a warm, confident and polite demeanour
- Highly motivated to go above and beyond for our customers
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
