My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Team Leader in this role you will be responsible for supporting and developing a small team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in a similar role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure agreed service levels are met
- Make sure teams are maintaining quality in their work and provide feedback
- Maintain team training and ensure this is updated regularly
- Create training development plans
- Respond and action customer complaints
- Ensure procedures are followed and remain compliant
- Complete all required administrative tasks
- A minimum of two years experience as a team leader ideally within financial services
- Previous experience in planning and monitoring team performance
- Be motivated and driven with the ability to coach a team
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Very organised and able to work to deadlines
- £28,000 - £30,000
