Administration Manager - Bromley Area

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual looking to take your career to the next level? We are expanding and seeking an exceptional Administration Manager to join a great client of ours in the Bromley area.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the daily office administration and lead our Instructions Team. Your strong organizational skills and team management experience will ensure our office functions run smoothly and efficiently. If you have excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for contributing positively to a team, we want to hear from you!

As an Administration Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a tidy and efficient environment.
  • Liaise with the office landlord and manage building-related issues.
  • Handle printer management, IT equipment, and office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Support new starter inductions and manage staff social events.
  • Assist with training coordination, social media, and specific office projects.
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners and manage finance-related tasks.
  • Lock up the office at the end of the day and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

In addition, you will:

  • Lead the Administration and Instructions Team, holding weekly meetings and managing team targets.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Cover reception duties and manage phone and post processes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of reception and call rotas, as well as parking arrangements.
