Head of HR

Our client based in Bromley are seeking a Head of HR to join their team.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience of developing HR Strategy and leading and developing an HR Team.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the operation and direction of the HR function
- Continually improve the HR value to the business through the design, implementation, and execution of HR strategies.
- Oversight of all HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, performance and reward, employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and recruitment.
- Initiate and undertake project work on high level HR
- Champion change and lead from the front on all change initiatives
- Manage employee on and off boarding.
Experience needed
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- 10+ years' experience in a HR role
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are followed through to completion
