An established organisation is currently looking for a Part time Administrator to join their thriving team. The Administrator role involves providing the wider team with professional and efficient administrative support, ensuring precise and timely production of work to a high standard.

  • Salary: £15 P/H
  • Hours: 19.5 hours P/W - flexible start time and days
  • Remote role - occasional office workday

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Receiving and making telephone calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries, and directing as appropriate
  • Effectively managing the in-house email inbox
  • Managing staff diaries including cover arrangements, meetings, conferences, and workshops
  • Coordinating meetings, typing minutes, and ensuring distribution of follow up actions
  • Booking venues for training, arranging hospitality, and organising any required equipment
  • Assisting with basic HR functions including recruitment, sickness, and mandatory training
  • Liaising with internal and external agencies as required
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system, both electronically and hard copies
  • Ensuring internal forums, newsletters and the in-house intranet is updated

Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
