Description

  • Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handling payroll queries from staff and ensuring these are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
  • Creating reports on payroll metrics for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation.

Profile

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll System - CIPHR desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with external payroll bureaus.
