Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a permanent position.
The role involves processing payroll for 6000 employees across various payrolls on a T&A system on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
Candidates should have experience dealing with pensions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PAYE and National Insurance.
The position requires resolving payroll discrepancies and queries efficiently.

Our client within hospitality are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Processing a large payroll for a total of 6000 employees across multiple different payrolls on their T&A system fortnightly and monthly
Dealing with all pensions
Ensure the correct calculation of pay items and payroll adjustments, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions
Resolve payroll discrepancies or queries promptly and effectively
