An established organisation is currently looking for a Part time Administrator to join their thriving team. The Administrator role involves providing the wider team with professional and efficient administrative support, ensuring precise and timely production of work to a high standard.
- Salary: £15 P/H
- Hours: 19.5 hours P/W - flexible start time and days
- Remote role - occasional office workday
Administrator responsibilities:
- Receiving and making telephone calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries, and directing as appropriate
- Effectively managing the in-house email inbox
- Managing staff diaries including cover arrangements, meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Coordinating meetings, typing minutes, and ensuring distribution of follow up actions
- Booking venues for training, arranging hospitality, and organising any required equipment
- Assisting with basic HR functions including recruitment, sickness, and mandatory training
- Liaising with internal and external agencies as required
- Maintaining an efficient filing system, both electronically and hard copies
- Ensuring internal forums, newsletters and the in-house intranet is updated
Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
