The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£100m
The Role:
Working across Dartford,Fulham and South London, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services, L8 tap temps, fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests and also general reactive maintenance including basic plumbing and joinery / building fabric maintenance.
The Person:
It is essential that you are a good all rounder and have worked in a commercial FM / maintenance environment. You must also have a current UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.
The Salary:
£17.86 + 23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension + O/T rates
On £17.86 / hour
Salary based on 40 hour week £37,148.80 with all travel paid on top at x 1.5 (£26.79)
