Are you a Maintenance Team Leader experienced with PPM?

THE JOB:

  • Assisting in general repairs and maintenance.
  • Carry out painting and decorating repairs as necessary.
  • Maintenance of an up-to-date records of the PPM scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Maintenance of the equipment, supplies and tools to ensure they’re ready to use as required
  • Adherence to the Health and Safety policies and standards are followed at all times and to ensure that safe working practices are used at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience as a PPM Engineer for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club
  • Can do attitude and positive approach any new challenges with a strong problem-solving focus.
  • Great team player yet able to work independently.
  • Reliable and excellent timekeeper.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 34K per annum + Service Charge
  • 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!)
