The position is for a Registered Manager or Service Manager at a residential home in Bromley.
This is a full-time role within the Care Team, offering a salary ranging from £36,069 to £44,700 per annum.
Candidates must have experience working with vulnerable adult groups, particularly those with acquired brain injuries or substance misuse histories.
Supervisory experience in a residential or community setting is required, along with the ability to maintain both computerized and paper-based records.
A Social Work Degree or equivalent professional qualification, as well as a management qualification (QCF Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent), is necessary for applicants.

EXPERIENCE

Experience of working with vulnerable adult groups with acquired brain injury or history of substance misuse
Supervisory Experience in residential or community setting
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary setting
Experience of maintaining computerised and paper based records

QUALIFICATIONS

A Social Work Degree and or relevant professional qualification
A relevant management qualification (QCF Level 5 in Social Care, or equivalent*)
