Yard Supervisor
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a local gardening business in the Bromley area who are actively looking for a Yard Supervisor to join their growing Team. This company are a friendly and professional group who are keen to have a new addition!
Duties:
- Leading and coordinating staff at the yard
- Ensuring all movements are handled safely and efficiently
- Enforcing high standards of Health & Safety, ensuring safety equipment is worn and regulations are followed
- Keeping the yard and warehouse tidy, organised, and operating at peak efficiency
- Supporting customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly
- Opening and closing the yard securely and maintaining site safety
Desirable:
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of manual handling and site regulations
- Hands-on experience with systems
- Clear, professional, and able to engage with customers
- Eligible to work in the UK
Additional information:
- Hours 6:30am - 4:30pm
- On-site
- £35,000 - £42,000 DOE
