We are seeking an Assistant Director of Maths to join our client’s dynamic client in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes while shaping the future of the Maths curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Maths curriculum, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
- Implement quality improvement processes to enhance student success rates.
- Liaise with awarding organisations to manage assessment processes and ensure compliance.
- Stay at the forefront of educational trends through continuous professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three years’ experience managing teams in an educational setting.
- A proven track record of teaching excellence in Maths, showcasing innovative methods and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with quality improvement processes and liaising with awarding organisations (GCSE examining experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with strong ICT capabilities.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
