We are recruiting on behalf of a National Charity who are looking for a temp for 5 months to support them on a project. 

This post will lead on the migration and or archive of clinical records required as part of the wider Assessment and Diagnosis Project.

To set up clinics on scheduled days, also will provide business continuity for the current team for planned and unplanned absence.

Main Duties 

  • Lead on the archiving historic clinical records and data migration for active cases
  • Setting up clinics for the Assessment and Diagnosis service (requesting info for those being assessed, coordinating clinicians) and providing business continuity back up for clinics in Business & Operations Manager and other team member absence.
  • Liaison with referrers when required
  • Po Requests /invoice processing
  • Ensure adherence to department and organisational policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate, timely data capture and updates to inform reporting
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant GDPR and contractual compliance.

This role would suit someone that has previous experience in an admin and customer facing role, ideally from a medical or Health  background. You will also need excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
