Job Title: Project Manager
Contract Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Bromley (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with the confidence to lead high-level initiatives? We are seeking someone with a strong project management background to manage multiple projects across IT and business units. This role will require direct engagement with senior leaders and executive board members to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination across IT and business functions.
- Collaborate with senior executives to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver new requirements and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of communication, ensuring transparency and clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to articulate project progress and outcomes effectively.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable Project Delivery and Management experience, at least 5 years of project management experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of IT and business-related project deliverables.
- Financial Services or Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management, confident in winning project approvals from executive leaders.
- Available to commute to Bromley for at least 2 days per week.
