JRRL are currently recruiting an IT Assistant for our client based in Bromley.

Duties of the IT Assistant:

  • Provide first line technical support to the firm's user's, handling a variety of IT issues and service requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the firm's key systems using AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Center's, Citrix Cloud, and Remote Support Software.
  • Act as a technical expert and trainer to all users.
  • Liaise closely with the senior IT support to resolve more complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records for all support requests.
  • Participate in regular reviews and updates of IT support procedures to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in IT support technologies and best practices, and proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT support function.

Person specification of the IT Assistant:

  • Experience within a first-line IT support role, ideally within the legal sector or a similar professional services environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications/degree
  • Proficiency in using and supporting key systems, including basic knowledge of hardware, connectivity, telephony, and domain joined systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE TRAVELLING TO OTHER OFFICE LOCATIONS, THEREFORE YOU MUST DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE

This position is fully office based working Monday to Friday 9-5

The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above.
