IT Support Position – Hybrid Working – Bromley / Surrey / London with Flexible Arrangements A Fantastic Opportunity for a Detail-Oriented and Ambitious Individual to Advance Their Career, Collaborating with a Supportive and Skilled Team!We are looking for someone with experience in IT helpdesk or technical support, ideally within the legal sector or a similar professional services setting. This role is vital for ensuring smooth IT operations and contributing to the firm’s continued success.Key Duties:
  • Provide top-notch first-line IT support, resolving technical issues and addressing user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems with key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Assist users by offering advice and training, enhancing their confidence and competence with IT tools.
  • Work alongside senior IT teams to resolve complex technical problems promptly.
  • Keep thorough records of support incidents and solutions.
  • Improve IT support methods to boost service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of new IT developments and suggest system enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in first-line IT support, preferably in the legal sector or another professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, telecommunications, and domain-integrated systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with superb organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and expanding skill sets.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • IT certifications (such as ITIL, Microsoft) are advantageous.
  • Experience working in a legal firm or a similar environment is preferable.
