- Demonstrated experience in first-line IT support, preferably in the legal sector or another professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, telecommunications, and domain-integrated systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with superb organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and expanding skill sets.
- IT certifications (such as ITIL, Microsoft) are advantageous.
- Experience working in a legal firm or a similar environment is preferable.
