Our healthcare client is recruiting for a skilled IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis to join their service desk in Bromley on a permanent basis. This role operates on a Monday to Friday in office basis with very occasional site visits to the South East.

General duties include:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers to gather detailed information and provide tailored solutions
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Providing technical support to end-users, both remotely and in person
  • Prioritising and scheduling advanced technical issues, escalating to management when necessary
  • Leading hardware installation and configuration

To qualify:

  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
  • Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (FreshService, Zendesk, or similar).
  • 1-2 years experience within IT Support
  • Full drivers' license (own car is not required)
