A fast-growing Insurer is looking to hire an IT Technician to be responsible for supporting the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. You will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing IT-related tasks.KEY REQUIREMENTS: 路 Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).路 Have proven experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.路 Strong understanding of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.路 Have experience with Azure services, such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.路 Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.路 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.路 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.路 Proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.路 Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, are a plus.路 Any certificate in cyber security is a plus.路 Insurance industry experience is desirable
