Due to continued success, our client is seeking a multi-skilled Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team in the South East. You will be joining a national player within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, with a varied client base, including: Commercial, Local Authority and Public Sector. The role consists of a varied split between undertaking legionella risk assessments and ACOP L8 compliance tasks, so candidates must be able to demonstrate a varied skillset. Salaries are competitive and comes with benefits, including: company vehicle and overtime opportunities.

You will be covering contracts across: Bromley, Croydon, Sidcup, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Erith, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Mitcham, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Weybridge, Reading, Hounslow, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Borehamwood, Enfield, Chigwell, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Billericay, Grays, Tilbury, Basildon, Wickford.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Applicants must have experience undertaking both Legionella Risk Assessments and Water Hygiene duties
- Will be qualified with the City & Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing
- It would be beneficial to have remedial / plumbing experience and relevant qualifications, but this is not essential
- Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Able to use a tablet / software to complete reports
- Good written ability
- Hardworking attitude

The Role:
- You will be conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Completing water hygiene duties such as: TMV servicing, showerhead descales, outlet flushing and tank cleans & disinfections
- Writing thorough legionella risk assessment reports for clients
- Keeping a detailed record of works completed
- Representing the company in a professional manner
