Our client is a well-regarded leading regional law firm, serving a wide range of clients looking for a high-calibre housing litigation solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years' PQE. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a complex caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.

Our client is looking for an individual with strong experience in a housing management legal department in a solicitor's firm or in-house. You will be dealing with an engaging caseload of housing litigation matters including defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, EPA claims, ASB and fraud. Experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters including forfeiture claims is desirable.

The successful solicitor will actively participate in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department's services to generate new business across the firm.
