The ideal Learning Disability Nurse candidate will have:

  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with a minimum of 6 months post qualifying experience
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to ensure good practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
