JRRL are looking for a remote part time Payroll administrator to take sole ownership of the completion of all client payroll processes. This role will play a key supporting role across the whole team.
This is a remote role with a requirement to attend employee meeting once a month in Bromley, Kent.

Duties for the remote part time Payroll Administrator      Â
- Sole responsibility for multiple client payroll processing and submission, mostly on a monthly basis
- Review a high-volume of timesheets and capture data
- Run full end-to-end payroll process
- Manage pension submissions
- Manage payroll queries
- Manage PAYE/NI issues
- Completing P11Ds for your client’s approval
- Experience of all Bookkeeping activities
- To work consistently to the highest standards possible
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job-holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Directors from time to time
Person Specification for the remote part time Payroll Administrator
- Ideally you will have further education in Accountancy, Business Studies, Mathematics or Economics and knowledge of basic accountancy principals
- The candidate will need to be detailed, highly organised with hands-on payroll administration and processing experience
- They must have an eagerness to improve processes and execute
- The candidate will also have experience in day-to-day bookkeeping
- The role covers multiple clients and workstreams and thus high attention to detail and good organisational skills are important
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a confidential nature
- Self-motivated, respectful and professional
- Have an inquisitive nature and the ability to resolve issues
