We are looking for aRemedial Plumberwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theRemedial Plumber,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheRemedial Plumber,will be responsible for:
- Carrying out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks.
- Working across a wide range of client sites and meet their ' agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.
- Carrying out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Maintaining customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
- Taking a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
- Completingand submiting all documentation relating to the work carried out in a timely manner.
- Producingdocumentation and follow the progress of any paperwork regarding customer queries.
- Carryingout water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 with guidance for the Water Technical Manual.
To be successful for thisRemedial Plumberrole you must have:
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
- Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
- Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package.
- The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines.
