Leading Supplier of Teaching Assistants for both SEN and mainstream schools throughout London and South East are looking for a Compliance Office for their busy office based in Bromley, Kent.

The Complaince Officer will be working with the Recruitment Consultants and Candidates to ensure full compliance when placing Teaching Assistants into schools,

Responsibilities will include checking Right to Work status, carrying out DBS status checks, checking refererences and qualifications, reference requests and managing all day to day compliance .

Booking training courses for candidates, ensuring accuracy of records both paper and electronic and ensuring company databse is updated regularly with status.

The Compliance Office will ideally have experience of compliance and regulatory administration and have an excellent telephone manner.
