Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the waste recycling refurbishment project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Plan and monitor project progress using Asta or Microsoft Projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
  • Manage JCT contracts effectively, addressing issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates on milestones, costs, and progress to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have:
