Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor within the refurbishemnt/ cladding /social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
• This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team on their new social housing/ cladding projects in the South London area.

Duties

• You will be focusing and leading on facade, Cladding and Planned Works.
• Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
• Assessing and processing supply chain payment
• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
• Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

• Social Housing experience required
• Cladding/ facade experience desired
• Degree Qualified
• Main Contractor experience
• Full UK Driver's Licence
