Sonic Summary

My client, a Main Contractor, is looking to expand their commercial team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The role involves managing a £3 million live facade remediation project in Ipswich, with the potential for additional projects based on capabilities.
The candidate should be capable of independently running 1 or 2 PCSA projects concurrently, specifically focused on facade remediation works.
Other projects include a £16.5 million development in Woolwich and a £2 million project in Twickenham, both involving external wall insulation.
Candidates should have relevant experience, preferably in PCSA, and a competitive salary is offered at £16.5 million with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience.

My client who is a Main Contractor are looking to expand the commercial team.

Running concurrently - 1 or 2 PCSA projects.

Senior QS capable of running 2 jobs independently Both faade remediation works only.

£16.5m 8 blocks over 18m in Royal Artillery Quay (Woolwich) 120-week programme. 90% EWI works
Waldegrave - £2m based in Twickenham Under 18m - mixture of spandrels / Timber and EWI.
PCSA experience preferable.
