Receptionist/Administrator - Hayes

My client is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join their office. This is a front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm and professional reception experience.- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.- Manage email and correspondence as needed.- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.- Assist with booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments.- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.- A friendly and approachable demeanour
