- Overseeing the smooth running of the facility, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Leading and managing a team, including training, motivating, and scheduling staff.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
- Ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Responding to emergencies as necessary with NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
- NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) – essential.
- Previous experience managing a team within the leisure industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Interim position with full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Hourly rate of £16, inclusive of holiday pay.
