This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the smooth running of the facility, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Leading and managing a team, including training, motivating, and scheduling staff.
Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
Ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Responding to emergencies as necessary with NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.

Requirements:

NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) – essential.
Previous experience managing a team within the leisure industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
