Your Role in the Safeguarding and Care Planning Team:Work within a small cluster team of five Social Workers/Senior Practitioners and one Team ManagerBenefit from a dedicated two-week induction programme to support your transitionManageable caseloads allowing you to focus on quality practiceParticipate in reflective supervision with protected time for high-quality case discussionsProvide effective interventions to support children and familiesWork in partnership with key agencies to deliver exceptional outcomes for children
What We Need From You:Qualified Social Worker - Registered with Social Work England (or eligible to register)Post-Qualification Experience - In children and families social work within statutory, voluntary, or independent settingsStrong Understanding of Legislation & Best Practice - Ensuring high-quality interventionsExcellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills - To work effectively with children, families, and professionalsCommitment to Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Aligning with Bromley’s vision for outstanding social careEnhanced DBS Check - Required for the role
