A fantastic new opportunity has become available KDB Developer with one of our Financial One of the world's leading financial institutions, serving individuals, small- and middle-market businesses, large corporations, and governments with a full range of banking, investment management and other financial and risk management products and services based in Bromley/ London.
Role: KDB Developer
Location: Bromley/ London (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Working hours :35 - 40/Week
The candidate will join a global team to build and enhance a comprehensive environment for analytics to support our agency and principal trading activity.
Experience and Skills required:
- Participation in L2 production support and L1/L2 support of lower lane environments.
- Experience in Python and kdb+ development on Linux.
- Liaising with the Equity LOB to understand new functional requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and associated best practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Electronic Trading applications and workflows.
- Exposure to Equities/Futures/Options/FX asset classes.
